Tricks to Small Space Living

Lately affordable condominium units are getting smaller and smaller.  The average 38 square meter studio size seven years ago is now down to 24 square meters and there are even units as small as 19 square meters.  Several developers are offering condominium units with a small floor area to entice yuppies as their first investment offering generous terms with low to no downpayment schemes.  These condominium units are also appealing to those living outside the metro, as halfway houses, since carmaggedon is a regular occurrence here, having a place in the city to cut travel time is ideal.  For first time investors, these units are also enticing because of the price points. However after the paperworks are signed and the unit is turned over to you. You are left with a space the size of my walk in closet!!!  The dilemma of living in a small space!  But life goes on....
